The Phoenix was born in 2011 as a hard rock & heavy all-female project. During the intense live activity, almost 100 gigs in four years between Italy and Switzerland, the girls played revisited covers and original tunes. Among the italian venues where they performed there are Rock Planet (Ravenna), Boulevard Rock Club (Rimini), House of Rock (Rimini), Borderline (Modena), Traffic Club (Rome), Blue Rose Saloon (Milan), some biker festivals and many live shows in Bologna and Emilia-Romagna. After changing repeatedly singer, in January 2015 they decided to remain in four with Lena McFrison on vocals and guitar, Alice Schecter on guitar, Luna RocketQueen on bass and Giuli McMousse on drums. In the summer of 2015 they recorded their first four tracks EP called "My Turn To Deal" at the famous Pri Studio in Bologna. Between October and November 2015, the band signed a record deal with the american label Demon Doll Records and a promotional deal with Atomic Stuff Promotion.
