Sweden's Thrash Metal act THE HAUNTED returns with a long-overdue live DVD/CD release entitled "Road Kill", just in time for their upcoming European tourdates with SLAYER. The DVD features an in-depth, very unique "on the road movie" documentary, an intense recording of THE HAUNTED's current and up-to-date live set and the band's recent promotional video clips as bonus. The intense live show was captured in Amsterdam's Melkweg on February 13th, 2009 by Fabchannel and its sound was mixed and mastered by long term band-producer Tue Madsen.

THE HAUNTED's Anders Björler produced the documentary and looks forward to finally share it with the fans, commenting as follows: ""Road Kill" is 10 years of touring compressed into a 65-minute documentary feature. It's rough, dirty, honest and to the point. After working almost 2 years on and off on this film, I am pleased it will finally see the light of day."
