New Jersey's progressive metal masters, SYMPHONY X, just released their new masterpiece, Underworld, via Nuclear Blast. This ninth studio album reached great chart results worldwide:

Underworld, was crafted at Michael Romeo's tricked out studio, The Dungeon. For the albums cover art, the band went with their established illustrator Warren Flanagan (Watchmen, The Incredible Hulk, 2012), who similarly tapped into the "secret knowledge" vibe Michael and the band embedded in the record.

SYMPHONY X's 24-date co-headlining tour with OVERKILL launches at The Palladium in Worcester, Massachusetts on September 18th, hits four Canadian cities, then wraps up with a very special night at Terminal 5 in New York City on October 17th. This is the first time in the bands' combined histories that they'll play a show together in their own backyard.
