Canadian heavy metal band Spell is making its debut in the U.S.A.

Spell is a progressive traditional heavy metal power-trio from Vancouver, B.C., taking influence from bands including Judas Priest and early Scorpions. The band is in the process of working on a new album, to be released this year, and will be debuting new songs as well as playing material from its critically-acclaimed debut, the Full Moon Sessions, during its first American tour.

Recorded under a series of full moons, the Full Moon Sessions captures the wild abandon of 70s and 80s heavy metal. Spell's newer material takes on the melancholy, progressive elements of 60s and 70s occult rock and doom metal.
