RED ROSE, Power/Progressive Metal band from Israel, have signed a worldwide deal with Scarlet Records for the release of their new album 'On The Cusp Of Change'.

The new album was once again produced by Tommy Hansen (HELLOWEEN, JORN LANDE, TNT) at Jailhouse Studios, with extraordinary Matan Shmuely (of ORPHANED LAND fame) sitting behind the drums.
The artwork duties were handled by Brazilian artist Jobert Mello (PRIMAL FEAR, SABATON, BAD COMPANY), who skillfully transferred the lyrical themes into beautifully wrapped visual arts.

The album concept was developed starting from the very current "end of the world" issue, which soon expanded into a multilayered piece of work dealing with many other topics such as relationships and conservatism versus free thinking.

'On The Cusp Of Change' will be released February 26th, 2013.
