This transmission signifies the conclusion MystÃskaos 2.0. As such, we are currently putting the finishing touches on MystÃskaos 3.0, which will begin to roll out in the coming months. If you are already part of the MystÃskaos network, your software will automatically update once the stable release is deployed.
2019 was the first year that MystÃskaos operated entirely as it's own entity. During that time, we released four new albums, which were as follows:

SERPENT COLUMN - MIRROR IN DARKNESS
SKÁPHE + WORMLUST - KOSMÍSKUR HRYLLINGUR
We believe that this small, yet varied spread perfectly captures the zeitgeist of the label during 2019. One of the cornerstones of MystÃskaos 2.0 was our careful expansion beyond the core projects, which is evidenced by the list above, as three of the four releases came from "outsiders". Now, these projects are as much a part of MystÃskaos as the originals, and they will all continue to help shape things as we move forward.
The first release for MystÃskaos 3.0 is currently at press and will be announced in the coming weeks, alongside the cover art. Since there will only be one new release, we will round things out with the rest of the merch that was initially planned for December, now that we've settled on a production / dissemination strategy (yes, that means shirts / hoodies).
In the meantime, we are still processing retail orders for both shops, so if you haven't received anything yet, keep sitting tight. The NA HQ is still waiting on ANDAVALD LPs, and the EU HQ is still waiting on pins / patches. However, everything should be arriving in the coming days (or next week at the latest), so it shouldn't be much longer before we get everything shipped.
Lastly, we'd like to say a few words regarding the focus and intent of this whole shebang. MystÃskaos was initially formed by A.P. and H.V. as a way to identify, chronicle, and ultimately disperse their most sacred creations. As the operation slowly expands, you can rest assured that the founding spirit of MystÃskaos is still radiating at our core. We will continue to challenge ourselves to create and disseminate the most intriguing material possible, and will always do so from a place of earnest sincerity.
