The American band Mercy Isle played their first show since the release of their debut album 'Undying Fire' on Sunday October 23. During the show at the Belgian Metal Female Voices Fest (MFVF) in Dieze, Belgium, the band surprised the audience with a guest performance of Cradle Of Filth keyboard player and singer Lindsay Schoolcraft.

Besides the guest appearance of Schoolcraft it was also the live debut of two new guitarists. Eelco Slont is hired as the new rhythm guitarist, Freek Gielen is the new lead guitarist. Their addition to the line-up means Mercy Isle is now 100% Bo~EL band. Eelco Slont is a guitar technician at Bo~EL Guitars. Freek Gielen is alsdo the second guitarist in the band of Mrcel Coenen. Both guitarists are the live replacements for Sebas Honing.

About Mercy Isle:

Mercy Isle was founded in 2014 opgericht in Wisconsin by bassist Chad Novell and vocalist Kassandra Novell. After two demos and a single in 2015, the band self-recorded their first full-length album, dubbed 'Undying Fire'. The album was officially released on October 21 2016 and was made by the band, with the aid of Sander Gommans and Amanda Sommerville, amongst others.
