Metal Temple welcomed MEGADETH's spear-head and thrash icon, Dave Mustaine, In a pre-show press conference that took place at the Sheraton Hotel in Tel-Aviv.

The concert takes place in Rishon Lezion, Saturday, 2.7.16, brought by Hadran Productions, and P.R is being handled by local metal veteran, Raven Music. The conference went on for almost an hour and Mustaine seemed very much at ease. The Metal legend pleasantly took his time answering the journalists' questions.

MEGADETH has performed in Israel four times up until now and Mustaine seems to be quite a fan himself. when asked whether he feels a certain relationship with Israel he said he does. He stressed the "connection he feels MEGADETH has with it's audience and fans here". Even more so after a Tel-Aviv show that was canceled two summers ago due to the rampant operation "Protective Edge".

"We come here 'cause we're not afraid", and expanded saying "things we see on TV in America to me doesn't reflect the Israel I know".

"I've seen a lot of this nation, its people, its sites." and "more people should come here. More bands should play here". There was evident glee in the room when he further explained "it resonates with me spiritually being here. I don't know why".

"People who don't want to come here are afraid."

Mustaine added that he'll be spending a few more days after the show along side his spouse and daughter.
