HALLOWEEN "Terrortory": Coverartwork, Tracklist and Release Date
The US Metal-legend strikes back! HALLOWEEN, who have released their masterpiece "Don't Metal With Evil" in 1984, will continue their contribution with us after the re-releases of their first two records. Now, after six long years of waiting, their new studio album "Terrortory" is finally released.
Don't feel disturbed by the slightly modern guitars of the opening track "Traipsing Through The Blood". They still have their own sound and the brilliant, unique voice of singer Brian Thomas, who is the only remaining original band member besides bass player George Neal. And nearly 30 years after their debut album these guys still kick ass! Here you will get a fat production, which is still traditional enough to satisfy their fans. With an intro like "At The Gate" as well as dark and dramatic tracks they still keep their flame of "Horror Metal" alive. The songs are great: melodic, like e. g. in the title track, some faster stuff ("Images Quites Horrible"), hymns like "Scare You" and so on! In the 8 ½ minutes long epic-track "Not One" you can find all original trademarks of the band. And there are also two ballads included: "Hands Around My Throat" and "Dead On!". Everything fits perfectly in here! Despite of the approximate playing time of 72 minutes there are only killers and no fillers on "Terrortory". And that's something really awesome nowadays.
To make a long story short: This is a new classic for all traditional US Metal fans in the world!
NEW EDEN
NEW EDEN, the Los Angeles based Heavy-Metal group, is releasing its latest CD entitled, "SOLVING FOR X" through the German based label, PURE STEEL RECORDS.
The planned releasedate is in spring 2012.

BLOOD RED SKIES
According to an update from BLOOD REDSKIES - featuring ex-VICIOUS RUMORS frontman Ronnie Stixx - the band has inked a deal with Pure Steel Records. The debut album, Conquistador, has a tentative release date set for May/June 2012.
As previously reported, the band recently enlisted two new members - guitarist Dave Watson (ex-DEATH RIDERS, MOTHER MERCY, RESISTANCE), and bassist Sandy K Vasquez (ex-Death Riders, BLOOD LUST, LAST RITES).
Stixx comments: "As the Blood RedSkies demo, Breaking The Spell, continues to be well received and the debut album being tracked, I felt that having both Dave and Sandy in BRS would be a perfect fit for the band, with Sandy playing intensity and showmanship on bass, as well as Dave's killer playing. I feel that Blood RedSkies can finally press forward with a killer record and great live performances."
All the music has already been written with most of it in the tracking stage, the album will have 10 songs on it and we think about bonus tracks. We feel that people will really dig the album!more details will follow soon in the next few weeks."
POWER THEORY: Reveals New CD Cover Artwork by Eliran Kantor
Power Theory has revealed their forthcoming full length CD cover artwork for their forthcoming album "An Axe to Grind" by the world reknown artist, Eliran Kantor (Testament, Sodom, Gwar) on January 1st. A release date will be announced shortly, and pre-release promotional campaign will begin in February 2012.
