Deadend In Venice were founded in 2008 ADand laidtheir foundations with the first "Bataviansundown" titled demo-production in the same year.

Even withthisclear "melodic death" influenced start the mixtureoftypical malegrowls anda strong female voice was alwayssuperficial andshould also remain typical forthe sound of themetal band.

In the following yearDeadend in Venice already had the opportunity to play bigger shows with well-known bands such asTristania, Finntroll or Tanzwut.

The second "HateSweetHate" titled demo was released in 2009andwas also able to get good resonance.

So the band concentrated its power on the composition and production of the first complete album during the next year.

The recordings took place in theKick TheFlame Studio under the direction of AndySchmidt (Disillusion) in November 2010. With the release of "See you on the ground" in 2011 the bandopened upnew paths andthefirst concerts outside Germany, such asthe Metal Camp in Slovenia followed.

It should not be quiet and so the band went on to work on new material in 2012.

After a successfulcrowd fundingcampaign onPledgeMusicthe recordings began at the end of the year.

Songs and musicians show themselvesclearlymatured and now have taken their own direction in the metal genre.

The second album "A View From Above" is coming now in 2013.
