Featuring members of Barghest and other South Louisiana stalwarts, the newly formed trio Faustian creates a unique style of blackened death metal that seamlessly shifts from razor-sharp maelstrom to dirge-like grime. The three-piece meld violent urgency and claustrophobic atmosphere into a frenzied sonic catharsis.

With James Whitten (High on Fire, EYEHATEGOD, Thou) of Hightower Recording at the helm, the band has recently wrapped up their self-titled debut EP. The band is set to release their debut EP on November 18th via Black Lion Records
