Fake Idols: soon in the movies with "Milano in the cage", new live dates with Anewrage
Overall Pictures has revealed that "Milano In The Cage", the new film by Italian director Fabio Bastianello featuring a bunch of stunning Fake Idols' songs, is ready to hit the Italian cinemas on May 18th. "Milano In The Cage" was introduced to public and critics during the prestigious festivals of Venice and Cannes. In his new film, Bastianello guides you through the dark side of Milan, putting a spotlight on the hidden world of the mixed martial arts. The movie stars non-professional actors and real MMA fighters, among who stands out the MMA champion Alberto Lato.
The captivating movie soundtrack includes three Fake Idols' songs: "One Way Trip", "When the Curtain Closes" and "The Trap of a Promise". This last song is also featured in one of the movie trailers.
Other talented rising stars of the Italian rock, rap and metal scene have their songs on "Milano In The Cage": The Panicles, James and Butcher, Vittoria and The Hide Park, Overunit Machine, Seo Fernandez, Orbo e Romeo Dogo Gang, Ion, Dr Feelx as well as the renown singer-songwriter Omar Pedrini, who also appears in a cameo.
Fake Idols are currently promoting their new album "Witness", released in 2016 by Scarlet Records. Legendary Phil Campbell from Motorhead and Damna from Elvenking and Hell In The Club appear as guest stars in two different song.
Fake Idols are also about to perform in the North of Italy for two special dates with Anewrage, one of the most interesting and acclaimed bands of the moment. Details below:
