CASABLANCA: Releases Special "Gold Void" Version Of "Miskatonic Graffiti"
November 5, 2015
Swedish melodic rock masters Casablanca have released a special version of their Miskatonic Graffiti album just in time for Halloween.
Released today, 30 October and dubbed the "Golden Void" version, it features The Phantom, aka Casablanca frontman, Anders Ljung, giving a spooky narrative of the Cthulhu mythology inspired story revolving around "The Originals," who ruled the Earth prior to the Lovecraftian "Old Ones."
The added narration is broken up into intro and outro segments accompanying each track on Miskatonic Graffiti so that the tale flows smoothly as the music moves in and out of the storyline.
The Phantom himself, says,"EXTRA EXTRA!!! There will be no pumpkins in the Casablanca windows this year. Instead, we've decided to give you this trick and treat. The Phantom was in a good mood and decided to share some of the material from his memoirs with all of you."
The 'Golden Void" extended version of Miskatonic Graffiti can be heard on Spotify and Soundcloud. It can be purchased exclusively on iTunes..
