Today, Chilean metallers Bólido have just inked a deal with Fighter Records for the official release of their second album, Heavy Bombers, which was released earlier this year only on digital format. Now the album will see the light on CD for the first time on October 10th internationally.
Formed back in 2010 in Santiago, Chile, Bólido self-released their debut album, We Are Rock, in 2014, gaining a solid reputation in their native country thanks to their powerful live performances. In March 2016, the band released - only on digital format - their second album, Heavy Bombers, showing a heavier approach in the vein of bands like Judas Priest, Anvil, early Jag Panzer, Malice, and Liege Lord, and catching the attention of Fighter Records, who signed them for this and their upcoming album - on which the band is currently working - as well as auditioning new members to complete their live lineup.
