Bleeding Through will play two special California area shows this month which will focus on their material from their 2000-2005 era. Dubbed "The Past Is A Strange Place", the shows will see the band joined by Oceano, For The Fallen Dreams, Upon A Burning Body, The Great Commission and I The Breather.

The dates run as follows:

01/21 Anaheim, CA ' Chain Reaction
01/22 San Diego, CA ' Chain Reaction

Speaking on the reasoning behind the shows, Bleeding Through frontman Brandan Schieppati offered the following words:

"Brandan here. I just want to tell everyone why we are playing these 2 shows in January where we have chosen to play a 2000-2005 era set.

Being a band for almost 12 years with 6 records in our catalog, it's hard to please everyone and ourselves and play all the songs people want to hear, especially old songs. So we wanted to play these shows to get some of our older favorites put to bed, for both our longtime supporters and ourselves.

We are proud of our career and all the songs we have written and want to celebrate it.

So we are really hoping all of our fans ' old and new ' will come out to celebrate with us. And specifically, all of you who haven't seen BT in a while and are constantly asking for these songs online, now is your chance to come out and go off like the good old days!"
