Chicagoland fine artists, potters, jewelry makers, illustrators, photographers, musicians, sculptors and artists of all kinds are answering the call to show and sell at the 14th installment of the Bad Ass Art and Music Show on Sunday March 25 at Q Bar in Darien, IL and will be hosted by Evan J. Thomas. Evan J. Thomas is a Chicago area based photographer, owner of Bad Ass Productions, music publicist and host of the weekly Bad Ass Podcast.

The Bad Ass Art and Music Show or BAAAMS, as it's affectionately known, now in its fourth year draws eclectic artists from Chicago, its suburbs, Northwest Indiana and has drawn artists from Wisconsin, Michigan and North Carolina to display their work for the crowd of 200+ enthusiastic attendees. Works are arranged by artist and displayed on tables and display boards that include pieces such as illustrations, paintings, photographs, jewelry and much more to satisfy all different types of art enthusiasts. Musical performances featured at previous shows has provided all genres of music from Acoustic, Rock, Punk, Metal and Cover bands and features local talent as well as bringing in touring bands from New York and St. Louis.
BAAAMS' first show of 2018 will be at QBar in Darien (8109 S. Cass Ave) on Sunday March 25 with doors opening at 2pm and finishing around 8pm. This event currently is featuring over 20 artists of all mediums and will be highlighted by musical performances from Aaron Michael and local Chicago area Black Sabbath Tribute Band Lady Evil. Tickets are $10 for general admission and VIP is offered for $30 both online and at the door. VIP attendees will receive a T-Shirt as well as a swag bag. All ages are welcome and kids under 13 years old are free with a paid ticket by a guardian.
