Ahead of a number of UK performance dates including a co-headline show with Griever at The Black Heart in Camden, Kickup Fest in Sheffield and Burn It Down Festival in Torquay, Buckinghamshire-based post-hardcore sextet As Everything Unfolds have released a brand new music video for 'Divided' - a track taken from their latest EP 'Closure'!

Since its release in late 2018, 'Closure' has surpassed half a million streams on Spotify and 100,000 plays on Youtube; A milestone the band wished to celebrate with their latest video release. Featuring vocals from Sam Stolliday (THECITYISOURS), the video for 'Divided' arrives during a time in which the band are performing a small number of shows across the UK, and have recently confirmed an upcoming performance at Stockholm's High 5ive Summer Fest in August. If that weren't enough, the sextet have also confirmed that an alternate version of 'Divided' (releasing on 26th April) that will feature the band's original vocalist, Alex Meredith.

As Everything Unfolds vocalist Charlie Rolfe offers an insight into the powerful and weighted lyrics that reside within the melodies of 'Divided':

"It hurts when a friend betrays you, especially when you've known them for so long. Trying to get over that heartbreak is hard, but writing this song really helped me cope with the overbearing feels I experienced during that time. Finally getting over it and coming out stronger on the other side was something I really wanted people to feel when listening to it. If 'Divided' can help anyone else get through their tough times, then that would mean the world to me."

Formed in Buckinghamshire in 2013, As Everything Unfolds' first EP, 'The Jeckyll and Hyde' was recorded and released in 2014, with the next two years spent developing the sound of the band. After a small number of line up changes and a redirection of style, the release of the 'Collide' EP and it's subsequent single, 'Centuries' came in 2017.

The band then continued to build on this sound with the singles '17:10' and 'Despondency', which led the band into the late 2018 release of their 'Closure' EP. This latest offering from As Everything Unfolds garnered passionate support from the likes of Metal Hammer, RockSound and PowerPlay Magazine around the time of its release, as well as lead single 'Despondency' receiving support from Kerrang! Radio.

Having previously performed with Hacktivist, Black Peaks, Novelists, Our Hollow, Our Home, Dream State Lotus Eater and THECITYISOURS, As Everything Unfolds have well and truly cut their teeth with a broad number of live performances, and are keen to spend 2019 continuing to drive their sound into the affections of fans and newcomers alike.
