We are very proud to announce the brand new partnership with Fuel Records and the italian band AEVUM, for the release of their new album "IMPRESSIONS", scheduled for October 2014 by Self Distribution/Believe.
The promotion of the new release will be assigned to Red Cat Promotion and their booking agency will be Rock Shots.
The meaning of music, of the tireless research and of the band's continuous evolution are summarized in the name AEVUM. Their music is in perpetual inclination towards the union between the human being and the divine, between opposites, male and female, positive and negative, in a genre that is a bond between the neo-classical and gothic metal worlds. The singer Evelyn Moon and the pianist Richard met sometime between the end of 2007 and the beginning of 2008 and as a result the project started taking shape. Throughout the years the formation varied, with the interchange of new singers, electric guitarists and drummers, but for the last two years line-up has been complete and composed of seven young musicians. The peculiarity of the band lays within the use of different languages in their songs, the lyrical, clean growl and scream voices and in much-sought musical compositions. The band, for the moment, has self financed two EPs, "Celestial Angels" released in 2008 and "Nova Vita", which came out in 2012. In March 2013 the band signed a recording contract with Wall Records for the production of their single record "My Vampire", released in May 2013. Right after "My Vampire" was released, AEVUM locked themselves in the recording studio to give birth to what will be their first full-length, "Impressions ' Il palcoscenico della mente". An intricate album with musical influences that crosses out the usual "metal" tag; an explosion of refined acoustics that distinctively manages to directly reach the listener. "Impressions" will be released on October 21st, 2014 after having signed for the Fuel Records label. A single/video is expected by the end of September. Also, in September, the band will be cooperating with RedCat (a management agency in Florence) and Rockshots Music. Sometimes melancholic, sometimes powerful, every one of their concerts is an unforgettable experience, for their great showmanship and for the emotional charge that is beheld within their songs.
