The Greek heavy rockers PLANET OF ZEUS managed to amaze me with their groovy attack in Eleven The Hard Way, and proved to be a great live act when they shared the stage with HERMANO some months ago. Of course I wouldn't miss the chance to have a small chat with the band's bassist (J.V.) and guitarist (Yog) and learn about how the band managed to sign with a foreign label and amaze us with its debut album.

One day I was spending my time doing useless things on the internet and I found Stef Broks' (band's drummer) official homepage. There I learned about TEXTURES, a band that kicked my ass with its song Swandive and made me be behind each step they do since then. After having the chance to listen to their magnificent latest full-length album Silhouettes I thought that an interview with the man that is guilty of what happened to me would be more than great. The kings of old school Swedish Death Metal returned with a brand new album and a brand new label to help them. Since I jumped like a wild beast on the promo CD and took care of it like a mother takes care of her children, I thought it was time for an interview with the band's brand new drummer Ronnie Bergerstahl. I can say that he seems like a pretty talkative and kind person and he was more than willing to explain why they signed to Regain Records, as well as how he got the position behind GRAVE's drumkit.

I thought of BF as a one-off project (mainly due to guitarist Emppu Vuorinen's duties with NIGHTWISH) but - surprisingly enough - a brand follow-up has now just been released and, in my opinion, Heart Full Of Fire is an even better successor. NECRO is one of the most weird and experimental artists out there. Even though he is a rapper, I love most of his works, since he has the guts and the talent to really collaborate with well-known Metal artists (not like several bands that think they have perfectly combined Rap with Metal). NECRO was kind enough to spend some time for an interview and answer to my questions in a calm, pissed off and honest tone. If you think Hip Hop has nothing to do with Metal, then don't bother spending your time here. The rest of you, check this guy out and come across the sickest form of Hip Hop ever!

The noted guitarist was kind enough to give some further info on Light Form The Dark.
