Thank you Chiara and hello to everybody!
I can say it was a great experience! We've seen with our own eyes what you may call a piece of history! There stands still the smell of great artists that move their feet there. It's important to note as well the high level of technology and professionalism of the sound engineers. I was very astonished when I crossed the theater room where the Star Wars soundtracks have been recorded...incredible!I feel very lucky.
The new LABYRINTH album is about to be released and the recording of the second Simone Fiorletta solo album effort is just over. The released date is foreseen to be around March/April 2007. There will be a tour all over Italy and Europe and other countries with LABYRINTH and some gigs with Simone, Tony Liotta and Pasko Stevens around Italy and Germany. Other albums where I made keyboards arrangements are going to be released in 2007 such as EXPEDITION DELTA and one more Top secret album...stay tuned you'll be amazed! I will be on the Citriniti Borthers featuring Fabrizio Leo!
How did you start your collaboration with the Italian guitar player Simone Fioretta?
He sent his first solo album and I was surprised by his high songwriting level, smart technique without unbrained shredding, and musical taste. Then we met during a LABYRINTH gig in Rome and his proposal was to invite me to be the keyboard player of their next album called My Secret Diary. I accepted and we became good friends too. Even though he is very young , he has a smart and mature music taste with clear ideas.
elta? You`ll represent Italy for this project.I'm not the only Italian musician. There is also Alex Argento, great keyboard player and good friend of mine.
It's an upcoming project created by a musician from Belgrad in which he collaborates with AYREON, SHADOW GALLERY and other Serbian musicians of course. It's a hard rock and prog album with American elements.
Last year I had the luck and the honour to become Akg, Dbx and Jimreed cases endorser. I proudly use their products in studio and at my gigs. This deal meant a lot for me.
As I said before there will be gigs around Italy, Europe and other countries.
