Starting in 2012 with the name Tequila Funk Experience, four members of The Floating Ensemble are now collecting the legacy of an intense three years career made of several shows across Italy and precious time spent in the studio.

The new name best embodies the creative path of the band, represented by the brand's new single "Looking Back", which shows a direct and narrative approach to music, with melodies and sounds underlining the choral character of the whole project.

A cover of Red House Painters song "Lord Kill The Pain" was chosen as a b-side of the single.

The Floating Ensemble's main goal is to turn the listener into an explorer, inviting him to a trip through a dreamlike reality in which the deeper you go into its stories, the closer you get to know yourself (as the single cover suggests)
