The creator of Maegi, Oganalp Canatan, has just launched the crowdfunding campaign of the power-progressive metal project's second album, titled "Tales from the King's Court".

The album will be featuring eleven songs and has a target release date of February 2016. The work on the production has already started and the album artwork will be revealed in February both on www.oganalp.com and at project's IndieGoGo page. If the campaign reaches its goal, a batch of guest artists will also be featured on the album.

The Maegi project had featured Hansi Kürsch (Blind Guardian), Chris Boltendahl (Grave Digger), Tim Ripper Owens (ex. Judas Priest, ex. Iced Earth), Zak Stevens (Savatage, Circle II Circle), Jerry Outlaw (ex. Jon Oliva's Pain, Bogus Pomp) as guest artists on its debut album, "Skies Fall" back in 2013.

Before Maegi, The 32 years old singer Canatan was the front man of Dreamtone and Dreamtone & Iris Mavraki's Neverland and had released seven studio CDs from EMI Turkey and AFM Records, also touring and sharing stage with names like Blind Guardian, Jon Oliva's Pain, Anathema, Opeth, Dream Theater and more.
