There are times while listening to the radio, as you wait for the next good song that right there, in a kind of special moment, you bear witness to a hymn, an old flake. One of these shards of everyday life reflecting its magic, could be one's savior from harsher hostilities that may arise through the day, especially in times like these where nothing is too simple to withstand. I had the opportunity to be engulfed by these flashes, some of them were bred to be by hall of famers, closer to the kings of early Rock, but I see them as such. "Dust In The Wind", sounds like an old memorial, a tune filled with depth, emotion and a lot of character. If some of you thought about "Hotel California" or "Yesterday", think again, though classics nostalgias on their own and even if plenty would have argued differently, the vibe feels much more real. Therefore, this song made the American KANSAS for me as undeniable kings.
On the other hand, there is much more to KANSAS than "Dust In The Wind" or even their ultimate jumpy Rock hit, "Carry On Wayward Son", which is has been considered as one of the decisive Rock songs of all time. Talking about KANSAS is relating to a juggernaut of Rock and progressive rock with a career span of over four decades. Consequently, when this band hails to perform in your country, the question that you should be asking yourself is if you are willing to just let it slide and pass you by or be a participant in a magical event. The KANSAS shows have been known to be prolific, energizing, amazingly produced, nostalgic and rewarding with their grace and greatness.
Following their 40th anniversary world tour, KANSAS, brought by Progstage Productions, will be performing live in Israel in August 5[sup]th[/sup], the band will performing with their amazing Steve Walsh on keyboards and vocals for the last time before his planned departure from the band. It is very hard for me to explain what is the meaning of KANSAS without Steve Walsh, it's like Jam without the peanut butter, it's the Rock without the Roll. Thus, this is a special opportunity for you, the great audience and Rock fans, to come share these last moments of glory with an ultimate lineup of veteran musical wizards.
I'm positive that on August 5[sup]th[/sup], I will be running to the venue with old faithful my Rock N' Roll leather jacket to listen and to see one of the last greatest bands of all time and if you have any doubt about it, buy yourself a ticket and try me, I'm sure that we all will be in a "Point of No Return".
