Edmonton's STRIKER has issued the following update:

"After trying to do an up to date tour blog on the road and realizing that it was not working out too well (due to lack of internet and increased alcohol consumption) we have decided to do a simple summary of our cross Canada summer tour.

We ended traveling over 16000 kilometers in total (that's almost 10000 miles), from Victoria, BC on the Pacific coast all the way to Halifax, Nova Scotia on the Atlantic coast and back home. We saw some rad bands and made some new friends along the way, and also took in some awesome sights that this country has to offer. Some highlights include checking out Niagara Falls, getting hammered in Halifax, cruising through the Rocky Mountains while cranking some MANOWAR, getting shitfaced in Sherbrooke, knocking over a lever at the toll both going into a pay to park lot in Toronto, playing road hockey in St. Catherine, the epic 18 hour drive after the show in Thunder Bay to Saskatoon in time for load in, and hurling paper airplanes and fruit off of a 28th floor apartment with Jackie from SKULL FIST. Stay posted for a rad tour video."

STRIKER's live itinerary is as follows:

June
26 - IRON MAIDEN After Party - The Pawn Shop - Edmonton, AB

September
25 - Noctis Metal Fest w/SODOM - Calgary, AB

October
02 - The Red Room w/RAVEN - Vancouver, BC
