After a few years NIGHTSTALKER were about to visit Thessaloniki and that's why the 18th of October became a much expected day that everyone was talking. This time NIGHTSTALKER came with the Dutch company of DRIVE BY WIRE. This act has been trying for a long time to visit Greece because there is a general idea that Stoner Rock in Greece has one of the most energetic audiences in Europe.

The number of people was definitely a relief for the owner of the club and there were few who were not wearing a NIGHTSTALKER t-shirt. The show started with DRIVE BY WIRE at about 21:30 and the first impressions were way too good as the Dutch band didn't fall behind to show their musical talent. The female singer's special voice left no doubt that she had worked hard to reach this level of result. As they continued, they seemed to perform in a talent show rather than in a concert cause the positive things from their musical skills was lidded by the lack of imagination in their songs which were dull and tiresome enough. This made the crowd more anxious for a NIGHTSTALKER breath and make up. The left the stage after about an hour leaving us with some cute impressions and hope that next time we'll be more satisfied.

After a 25-minute break, NIGHTSTALKER appeared on stage with Brainmaker once again making the fans scream, dance and bang their heads saying a warm hello and welcome to the band. During the show there were times where you could even listen to the crowd's voice much more than the frontman's, Argy. Worth to mention (for both bands) was also the advantage of the sound which was the best I've ever heard in 8ball Club and didn't cook up at all their abilities. Their stage set was heavy and vagabond as it suited the stoner patterns; the frontman's stoned figure sung classic songs like Line, All Around, Use, Trigger Happy, Freakland and Mad Prophet. The band established a special and majestic connection with the audience which was even more tightened up during the breaks with the singer's humor.

Their set-list lasted about 1,5 hours and NIGHTSTALKER made everybody to look forward for their return to our hometown.
