INTOTHECRYPT was formed in 2016 by band members of SCALD and TUMULUS, with a goal in mind of creating dark metal that included aspects of BATHORY, old school Doom Death Metal and northern Folk music. "Vakor" is the title track, that enters with a storm with Deathcore vocals conning along soon, seems they like to include a lot of different sounds in their work. "Dolne Videnie' seems to display an IRON MAIDEN Influence musically, pushed by death metal vocals, with deep dark vocals being displayed throughout this six minutes and thirty five seconds song. "The Incorporeal Navya" begins with mellow acoustics and somewhat chanting vocals, It also includes something of an oriental feel in the song.

"Zemlya Vedmezhya" starts out with what I had deemed as an oriental in the song before, I don't know, maybe it is a Russian thing, I'm not up to date on my cultures of sound. Guitar is pretty cool in this song and so are the drums. "Leti Voy Nash" is a pretty cool song that has limited snarling Vocals incorporated, the drums are on point, what I was trying to figure out in the previous songs was actually the folk aspect of the songs. "Yavi Sya Merek" is the longest song on the album, out comes in at seven minutes and 35 seconds. It displays the heavier vocals but also has a softer side.  Incorporated as well. "Into The Crypt" has cool ass drumming, the guitar riffs also stand out in this song. "Deko Po Markushe" actually reminds me of SLAYER but with the folk twist added to the song, I might be alone in this comparison lol. "Mgs" is more of a bass driven song, with the folk aspect that has been delivered in every song on this album, the bass lines are dark and heavy and are displayed very nicely.

"Tako Rassekayut I Na Udi" has slow dramatic vocals throughout most of the song, they are still dark and heavy, they are just arranged differently than most of the vocals on this album but the standard vocals are also still present. I personally dig the simplistic but catchy drums in this song.
