VIOLENTOR Is a Thrash Metal band from Lucca, Italy, They formed in 2004, "Putrid Stench" will be the 4th release to date.

"Escalation" Psycho babble intro, an early day horror movie style beginning, crushing drums, heavy guitars intrude with evil bass backing it all, pulsating aggressive vocals pulling it all together from start to finish. "Butcher The Holly Swine" - Hostile energetic pure evil, busting through walls, destroying everything in its path, pure evil vocals and musicianship. "Burning Rage" - Thrashing guitar riff, deep dark bass lines, pounding rapid drums, come one, come all, we will smash you in the face vibrancy. "Hunter Of The Anorexia" - Dark and evil, non-repetitive chanting; the slowest intro on this album so far but not for long, surging back into they're aggressive in your face nature. "Pray To Die" - A song about being crushed so far down, there's no way you'll rise again, all hope is gone, down to nothingness, suggesting you pray to die to end all of your misery.

"Caustic Cutting" - After a 35 second intro of some lady saying something about death, in what I assume was Italian, you enter into the fastest minute and 53 seconds in history, more than likely not but still yet a very heavy fast paced song. "Putrid Stench" - The title track will have you wanting to jump into a mosh pit even if your too old, it will at least have you wanting to throw In a shoulder for old times sake, it's just that type of a song. "Scum Of Society" - Lemmy would be proud to call Alessio his forgotten sperm he once left in Italy, this song just breaths a MOTORHEAD influence from the beginning to the ending, well except for the drum intro that sounded somewhat Alex Van Halen infused very briefly, breaking away Into a vastly more heavy crushing beat. "Destroy The Enemies" - Pure hatred for whoever you deem as your enemy, bashing them with blow after blow wanting to see them covered in blood, gasping for air laying at your feet.

These guys are influenced by the likes of MOTORHEAD, DIRTY ROTTEN IMBECILES, SLAYERand VENOM without a doubt in my mind, carrying on the torch of great Thrash bands from the 80's, it may not be the norm but that's ok because it never really has been, as long as it still has a heart beat. VIOLENTOR Is doing its part in keeping the blood pumping for the newer generation of metalheads .<
