Wow! Where to even begin with this monster of a record. I had to actually listen to "Don't Hear It...Fear It!" a couple of times to take it all in. Even now, I'm sitting here writing this thinking to myself, "what the hell just happened?"

First let me say, this is one bad ass record. ADMIRAL SIR CLOUDESLEY SHOVELL have crammed this thing full of tunes. This is a retro style, hard rock romp from beginning to end. Basically, imagine inviting IRON BUTTERFLY, THE VELVET UNDERGROUND, BLACK SABBATH, and QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE to dinner and then having a musical orgy start. This is just one monster of a bitchslap, musically. It brings all the best elements of Stoner Rock, Doom Metal, Punk, and Classic Rock together into a hybrid sound that just roars through your eardrums like train.

This is the band's first CD and it's one hell of a start. I can hardly imagine what these guy might do next. I'm on this train until it runs full speed off the rails.
