Foreignwolf are a four piece band formed in 2018,from Belfast Ireland.They are a close that are bonded together for their love of rock and metal.Since the band formed they have performed shows across the UK,picking up support from BBC Radio One,BBC Ulster,Hard Rock Hell and Sirius XM.The band's influences come from bands such as Alexisonfire,Alter Bridge and Deftones,blending true substance and melody into something that feels heavy and with a personal touch."Merely Mortal" is their debut EP marking a huge step and intent forward for the band.

Opening with a tight rhythm section,distorted industrial style riffing "Tyrant" is aggressive from musical point at times the tempo is fast paced and the snarling vocals are as aggressive as they come."Hollow" is a song also full of anger which has some haunting guitar tones and riffs,which work very effectively to get over this track which is a ballad with some hurt and aggression at times."Imposter Syndrome" hits you hard particularly with the thunderous drum work and the equally thunderous bassline,give this track some seriously heavy and tight rhythm.The last track of this EP "Resolve" is a more modern radio friendly rock song which has shades of dark & light moments with a soaring anthemic chorus,superb track to close this solid EP.
