Jack Blades - Rock N' Roll Ride album cover

What can someone say for JACK BLADES?? He is an extremely talented songwriter, a great guitarist, a very good bass player, an excellent producer, a legend!!

It was in the middle 80s when he was a nascent musician with the legendary band NIGHT RANGER (as bassist and one of the lead vocalists) and a songwriter of many of the hits of the band as "Don't Tell Me You Love Me", "(You Can Still) Rock In America", "Sentimental Street" and "Sister Christian". He has written or co-written songs for AEROSMITH, Cher, Ozzy Osbourne, Alice Cooper, Roger Daltrey, and many more artists. Blades has also produced or co-produced CDs for NIGHT RANGER, Shaw / Blades and for several other artists including GREAT WHITE, Ted Nugent, and SAMANTHA 7, among others. Blades appears on MOTLEY CRUE's "Dr. Feelgood" album, which was released in 1989. In the 1990s, Jack co-wrote four AEROSMITH songs with Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, and Tommy Shaw: "Shut Up and Dance" (1993), "Can't Stop Messin" (1993), "Walk on Water" (1994), "What Kind of Love Are You On" (1998). In 1998 Jack was asked by Ringo Starr to play bass in Ringo Starr VH1 Storytellers with Joe Walsh and Simon Kirke. In 2006 Jack played the role of an 80s Sunset Strip club owner in the Las Vegas version of the Broadway musical show "Rock Of Ages". In 2003 he released his first personal album with his friend Tommy Shaw and Neal Schon, Michael Lardie (GREAT WHITE), Warren De Martini (RATT), Damon Johnson (BROTHER CANE) and of course with his partners in NIGHT RANGER like Kelly Keagy and Brad Gillis. And now he makes his second solo rock effort...

"Rock N' Roll Ride" is from the first to the last song a Rock hymn, a touchy inspired album with perfect songs that you want to hear it again and again. JACK BLADES heard young as ever, he has a voice, he has an unaltered talent... The years have passing by but Blades still fights as a stalker hero in the front line of the Rock battle! A Rock and Roll Ride begins, take your time and relax while you are travelling in his rock heaven this is JACK BLADES' world guys!! From the "Born For This", a classic American rock songand the"Hardest Word To Say", an amazing ballad, through the radio hits "Anything For You", "Born For This" and my favorite one the homonym"Rock N Roll Ride" Jack gives the 110 percent of his own creating this flawless diamond!

If I could my rate would be 11/10, highly recommended! A Rock album that every Rocker or Metaller must have to his personal collection!
