Formed in 2013, As The Sun Sleeps began to make waves in 2015, when the four-piece released their video and single for Nostalgia, before turning their attention to their live act. At the start of 2016, As The Sun Sleeps dropped their 3-track EP Never Stars, and their new single and video Digging Deep (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_NIYv_TGGlU) was subsequently aired on Scuzz TV. In support of the EP, the melodic punkers hit the road withfriends Junior. The tour was a great success and helped the crew cultivate asolid fan-base, as well as backing from Rock Sound, who featured the band in their Radar section of the magazine. Adding more rungs to their ladder, the southern punks set loose a wacky Si-Fi music video for Lifelines(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EiBw9hXQyfY) before heading back to the studio to complete work on their latest EP As Good As Gold.
As The Sun Sleeps released "As Good As Gold" this January, and it's a joy for the senses. From the infectious tones and contagious refrain of their previous single "Beering" (https://youtu.be/gVPRMj52BNg ), to the feel-good uplifting guile of Florida, you just can't help but be drawn to this band. The four piece are set to surge again with the release of their latest video single "What Matters Most" (https://youtu.be/8Ywt_qQ4VfI ), which is blessed with a beast of a hook. With further touring locked in for the summer months, the pop-punkers are destined to rise in 2017.
