Modern oriental metal band Ignea has released a debut video on the track Alga with a full symphonic orchestra. In less than 1 week the video has gained over 10,000 views on YouTube, without extra promotion and despite small Alga means 'forward' in Crimean Tatar language. Ignea has dedicated the song to Crimean Tatars. In fact, the track is sung on behalf of this people. The peculiarity of Alga lies, of course, in featuring a full orchestra, which creates live symphonic sound and has an obvious advantage, contrary to synth sounds usually used by young bands. Before Alga, Ignea has been acting under another title - Parallax. Within Parallax, the band has released an EP Sputnik and a joint track Petrichor with Yossi Sassi (ex-guitarist of Orphaned Land). The band believes that renaming will bring another era for Ignea and is setting up a track list for their first ever full-length album.
