Blutgott - Legions Of Metal
August 14, 2025
It always is a real treat when you get to review a release by BLUTGOTT. The reason of that being that you get three albums for the price of one. That does sound strange, but there is always a BLUTGOTT album that is pure Heavy metal in all it’s facets, but you also get a BLOOD GOD and a DEBAUCHERY album.

Patriarchs In Black – Home
July 16, 2025
There are no bad songs on “Home”. PATRIARCHS IN BLACK have been able to keep ascending and get better with every album they do.

Mystopera – Das Lied Der Steinernen Engel
June 30, 2025
An epic adventure of the Pagan Viking sort with a sea voyage, lots of fighting and maybe a funeral, then more sea voyaging and even more fighting follow by something about honor and death and then maybe some furious vengeance and some sort of heroic ending.

Earth Lux – Earth Lux
September 4, 2024
The band isn’t short on talent, that much I know for sure. What needs the most work however is the songwriting. There just aren’t enough memorable songs to make a mark on me.

Soulbound – obsYdian
August 7, 2024
Many of the song are short, but very intense, and the album has a whole is smooth, polished, and has very clear production value. Obsidian is noted for its exceptionally smooth characteristics, such that one could even use it as a mirror, and that is what album quips. It’s a catchy album that is also hardened enough for Metal fans to love.

Lee Aaron - Tattoo Me
May 29, 2024
Let me state that the voice of LEE AARON hasn’t suffered too much during her aging process, so still sounds quite strong. That makes listening to a full album a lot easier, as you never have to worry if she is going to hack it or not.

The Progressive Souls Collective – Sonic Rebirth
March 12, 2024
Despite the fantastic musicianship of the band, and their exploratory leanings, I have to admit, the album was hard to follow at times, so it might need a second or even third listen to fully grasp.
