Here we have a pattern of American melodic Hardcore by TEXAS IN JULY. They are coming from, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA. TEXAS IN JULY have released one EP called "Salt Of The Earth" as a debut release. "One Reality" is the first full length album.
The first track is a melodic instrumental introduction to "One Reality". "Magnolia", "1000 Lies", "Dreamer" and "Dying World" are following with nice riffs and vocals that reminded me of Tim Lambesis's style. TEXAS IN JULY's direction is closer to AUGUST BURNS RED. That is the reason for the lack of personality. The first three tracks are impressive and are captured at their best. Nonetheless, the reminder of the album is being characterized as a typical melodic Hardcore album.
"One Reality"has a very good production and many virtuosic riffs, but I think those aren't enough for the success of this release. The guys have skills to reach higher positions but they need newer ideas. The next album will very important for their career, "One reality" is just another solid melodic Hardcore album.
