Six Magics - Falling Angels album cover

This album had me flip-flopping more than an American politician on foreign policy issues. On one hand, you've got songs like "Do You Remember",which sound so poppy that this song could be in the European version of the "Rock Of Ages" musical. On the other hand, there are songs like "Sick & Tired" that finally make me remember that this band is a metal band. I'm not too crazy about the vocals of Elizabeth Vasquez.... I guess when you start getting used to angelic powerhouses such as Simone Simons or Anette Olzon, nothing can get better than those foxy ladies! This album doesn't seem to be desiring to obtain new fans, as there is not really a memorable song on here. Songs on here range from upbeat gothic, the strangest irony I have ever known, to Chilean Metal-Pop-Fusion-craze.
