Metal maniacs, rejoice! The Thrasher returns to present to you; REBELHOT, signed via Metalapolis Records - on their debut album entitled "rebelHot".

If you're here to expand your musical horizons; you have come to the right review. The quartet in question: REBELHOT smother themselves in rootsy 70's Rock influences - fusing the atmosphere of Blues and Funk into one ultimate Rock experience.

With "rebelHot", it's as if they are saying it's just the simplistic things in life that make music most enjoyable; I wouldn't agree with that in the Metal realm, however...I certainly agree to that in the Rock regions. REBELHOT contribute enjoyable riffs; filled with good vibes, and a raspy warm voice for good measure. While everything sounds fine and dandy – don't expect ballsy Rock like MOTORHEAD for instance, the implemented elements are mostly focused on chill-out Bluesy, Funk Rock.

This 4-piece quartet consists of Husty on vocals; evidently showcasing chill-out cords that don't entirely pose much competency, however...they certainly get the job done in this line of expertise. Paul on the strings – satisfyingly riffs the instrument with tolerable merits, though most of the time his motivation feels flat, and doesn't pose too much adroitness to the uniqueness that's supposedly embittered. While Ze on bass and Frank on drums amp up the powerhouse with exquisiteness; though nothing really adds to the instrumentations. It's true that even the simplicity of things can prove adequately fascinating, and that's REBELHOT's main incentive.

11 tracks of rocking complexity; delightfully pummel my eardrums. Songs like "Shake It", "Free" and "Holy Is My Beer" certainly infuse the Bluesy element while enticing the Rock perceive that has a sensationally fulfilling sound production. "Pray For The Rain", "Everywhere You Go" and "Love" individually differentiates riffery of distinctive proficiency. "Lucky", "Hands Up" and "Hot Stuff" are your typical Rock songs, however...they won't fulfil exhilaration if you are here as a strict Metalhead.

Concluding "rebelHot" with the titular track: "rebelHot" and an acoustic version of "Pray For The Rain", I can truthfully say that the band immeasurably sound enlightening; though I can't say that this is a record for everyone.<
