When more people doubt the existence of Rock N' Roll, another new band emerges onto the scene with marshal amps blasting in their faces. QUICKSTRIKE are a band who are all about Rock N' Roll, through and through. After releasing their debut studio album this year, they seem they will continuously voyage onwards to a long future on the rocky road. The album contains 10 tracks for your listening pleasure.

The album kicks off with "Real Rock Disaster", a track that gives the listener an idea of what the band is all about! It's a fast, hard rockin' tune with lots of action! The frontman and lead vocalist Piggy goes wild on this here track. Even at times of pure rock greatness, the vocalist adds some punk into the band's spunk! His vocal style brings the band to new heights. This song is all about banging your head with glory! It's absolutely great to see a new band get together and easily go straight into some blistering rock magic! A pleasant way to begin this album.

With lots of attitude and strength, the song "Son of A Gun" has lyrical content about being proud of who you are, regardless of what society may think of you and your appearance. It speaks the truth and showcases the anger some people have to withstand. Who the hell do people think they are when they attempt to silence Rock N' Roll? This song is full of real rawness that many bands nowadays fail to capture properly. Rock is alive and well, and this song proves it! More bands got to do what QUICKSTRIKE have been doing and just fully embrace the beauty of Rock N' Roll. Rock N' Roll is in my blood, it's who I am, it cannot be extracted from me, and I am sure that this band has the same mindset as I do.

"Thorn" is another straightforward rocker! Just when you'd think this band would run out of some energy and steam, they consistently power through!

QUICKSTRIKE are a fun band that put a lot of work into their debut album over the years. They got a lot to offer, and I'm optimistic to see where they head next.
