Paganizer - Cadaver Casket (On A Gurney To Hell) album cover

This is good, a band for more die-hard Death Metal fans.

PAGANIZER is a very experienced band, active since 1998, still doing an oppressive and Old School Swedish Death Metal, having some clear influences from GRAVE, DISMEMBER and old ENTOMBED, and "Cadaver Casket (on a Gurney to Hell)" is a good EP for all those for miss the style from the 90's.

Nothing new at all, just that old and good formula: guttural vocals, jigsaw guitar riffs (with some more melodic solos), bass and drums forming a intense and rude rhythmic kitchen, but it's good indeed, having in mind that they are active since 1998, so, it's not a band trying to clone someone. It's a kind of music from themselves, from their time, but it's still pulsing with energy and life, and no moldy feeling appears here.

Good sound production, done in a form that the album sound actual, but having the same features from earlier Death Metal from Sweden, Obviously the fans will have consecutive heart attacks.

Six songs await to slaughter your ears, being the best ones "On a Gurney to Hell", the abrasive "Rot", "Souls for Sale" (with with good grunts and well worked tempos), and the destructive "It Came from the Graveyard".

Very good indeed!
