Leadfeather are a Heavy Rock band from London UK. Formed in 2024 by Simon Hurts. The band are already making a name for themselves with their electrifying performances and powerful lyrics. Taking their influences from the 60's and 70's blues and rock sound, while creating their own distinctive sound that will resonate with old and new fans alike. The “Roll The Dice EP” was recorded live in just three days on a budget.

The title track kicks off this EP and that 60's and 70's influence is quite obvious. I get Led Zeppelin vibes, its a fantastic blues rock opener, immediately had my attention from the first note and wow man what soul and swagger from Apostolos L the vocals exceptionally good, the melody, rhythm and the guitars are sensational. ”Silver And Feathers” is a 90 second musical interlude before track 3 “Higher” has that raw energy which has been captured perfectly there is some light and shade parts to this track, gritty vocals with some great range. ”Danger Zone” has an heavier feel ,some infectious guitar riffs & a great solo, deep bass groove with again some rich vocals. ”Shoot For The Stars” carries on that energy momentum & swagger a more funkier melody with blues & soul, so infectious and the track has balls! ”Why” is a more mellow, ballad style track with atmosphere ,powerful moments, with those superb powerful vocals, some beautiful bluesy acoustic guitar in parts an absolutely powerful And explosive track to finish this EP.

WOW WOW WOW!!! What a superb EP. The raw energy within the songs is so good, with it been recorded live it makes it even more special and unique.  Leadfeather have captured that classic 60's and 70's blues rock sound to a T .Apostolos L has such a dynamic ,powerful voice, with some superb range, the rhythm section is tight Daniel Devis and Thanos sound in unison ,with some superb guitar solos, riffs and runs from Simon Hurts which in turn makes this band tight as a unit. I predict huge things for Leadfeather ,they won't be playing small venues for long ,bigger venues await this new UK band that's for sure ,can't wait for an album .Definitely a high recommendation do not miss this EP its a corker!
