Hideous Entity
Hyperdontia
Metal maniacs, rejoice! I am proud to present to you: HYPERDONTIA; signed via Dark Descent Records, hailing from Turkish/Danish grounds - performing Death Metal, on their sophomore album entitled: "Hideous Entity" (released 12/11/2021). Since formation in 2015; the quartet in question have 2 EPs, 2 Compilations, 2 Singles, 1 Split and 2 Full-length albums in their discography so far. I'm introduced to their 2nd Full-length album entitled: "Hideous Entity". 8 tracks ranging at around 39:21; HYPERDONTIA arranges an intricately designed formula on some heavy-hitting Death Metal developments.
Opening up with a blistering array of rampantly rompy gnarliness; a distorted calamity within "Snakes Of Innards" bludgeon eardrums with slaying grinds and flamboyant chisels that rift with this killer potency on vibrantly malicious mayhem, surging with malevolent savagery while sulfurous remedy kicks into overdrive that will make anyone break chairs over other chairs in no time. This stampeding heft clobbers bones into a barraged frenzy of wildly rushing meatiness, nothing but a frantically impulsive discharge impactfully belts a crunchy chunk of razor-sharp snares which scour with punchy weightiness & jumpy tempo of trailblazing stability. Progressive hooks and amplified adrenaline smack you full force, as an abominable versatility ulitizes solid slabs of vehemence among a skyrocketing stridency of filth infused havoc.
Consisting of ripping shredder Mathias (also on vocals) the front man excels at a experimental hybrid on rapidly swift nimbleness, organic substance & riveting monstrosities of oppression which bark into a bellowing monolith of guttural growls while shouty throatiness roars with raspy yet relentless pandemonium which is fueled on extreme aggression. "Trapped In The Void" elements at a blasphemous atrocity, as an arming but brimming dose of volatile firepower bruises necks with momentous maelstrom synergies & concretely gritty chaos that rollicks with galloping bolts of swerving technicality while pugnacious remedy thuds with sturdy grooves amongst a steamrolling perseverance which unleashes this chugging expertise profusely.
This robust bombardment blisters souls with towering retribution as "Beast Within" unearths this salubriously mountainous bang-crash brutality which piledrives with rambunctiously stompy thumpiness as flickering bass audibility from Malik constructs a complex dexterity in dynamic bombast, while Tuna on the hammering drums batters ferociously with ominous manifest. "Coils Of Wrath" also distills a heightened element on vigorous pipes of uproarious brutality, as a discordant fluidity embodies an evil empowering rumble with reverberating malignance while this venomous injection infects you with vivacious blitzkrieg - as ruthlessly sinister trembles thread with dreadful consequence to thrash til death as an transformative revulsion malformates you with severe hostility and berserking hatred.
"Grinding Teeth" (good job I don't have to hear that every night in my slumber) grovels stridently with systematic vulgar, smothering you with nothing but contorted heat and trampling ramifications of violent beatdowns which showcase a distinctively distinguished symbiosis on doom-like solos while sweltering veracity viciously boils holes with striking pursuits among a deathly finesse in deadly yet jarring snappiness. Speaking of, lead guitarist Mustafa twins with towering yet tempestuous swerves of riffing steadiness. "Lacerated And Burning" best describes HYPERDONTIA's bulldozing domination, an engaging enforcement in attacking assaults of exhilarating gravity while strong musical persistence rages on with meltdowns galore. Advancing towards the penultimate banger "Wretched Mockery Of Creation", a corpse-like plan to overrun your world with nothing but death and grim embrace shrouds over you like a rampaging titan ready to obliterate you sadistically.
Overall concluding "Hideous Entity" with the overall finishing epic "Impervious Veil"; I am compelled to say that HYPERDONTIA is a ghastly band that visions the ugly truth of demented disgust, while making sure to trigger this pounding slab of solid furore into brains for ultimate neck-breaking devastation. This ruinous discovery is most surely worthy of spinning & replaying a good few times, while serving the fans of Death Metal with an enjoyably entertaining slice of noisy terror for all that need it. A flexibly fundamental yet morbid listen, do check it out.
