I am proud to present to you: HATH; signed via Willowtip Records, hailing from the United States of America - performing Blackened Death Metal, on their reissued re-release of their 2015 debut EP entitled: "Hive" (released October 2nd 2019). Since formation in 2014; the quartet in question have only this here debut EP that I am about to review entitled "Hive", and their debut album entitled: "Of Rot And Ruin" (released April 12th, 2019). 6 tracks ranging at around 32:07; HATH arrange an intricately designed formula of some heavy-hitting Blackended Death Metal developments.

Opening up with the acoustic but cosmic array of ritualistic static of abominable electricity; "Apparation" inflicts a complex execution of some amplified adrenaline, fused into a barraged frenzy intensifying a crunchy but groovy calamity with this boistrously bouncy synergy of shredding savagery. The marvellous merger of Blackened Death Metal is well noted; as it starts off with trailblazing, deadly chugs until this sulphurous trigger that thunderously amalgamates both sinister sub-genres into a gnarly aesthetic in blasphemous but skyrocketing rips that tear with rawly rough yet primitively meaty manifestations of monstrous retribution & mayhem...assisting a borderline foundation of outrè panache with this malevolent yet mellifluous tremble of blast-beating havoc in euphonic beauty, ending as it began with this healthy dose of orchestrated pianist relishments that speedily transistions with the onslaught of dark but ungodly wrath – slabbing this beserking but bulldozing articulate with yet wildly rushing strumming sharpness & this oscilliating crescendo in rompy yet rampant tribulation.

Consisting of Frank Albanese on guitar/vocals; the frontman excels at a contrasting attribute in blistering nimbleness with rapidly swift organics that showcase this sonically seamless substance in hasty but frightening firepower in which provides this uniquely versatile vehemence while portraying this wonderous finesse, and expertise in quintessential virtuosity. "Replicated" ruthlessly ramifies this combustious fabrication in progressively technical pandemonium; tempestuously striking with relentlessly storming distortion, and a viciously volatile yet zestfully weighty tightness that ultilises this riveting remedy while surging this profusely robust jumpiness of killer maelstrom lacerations in which will rattle your noggins while you unleash this tenacious tendency to break chairs over other chairs...approaching mid-portion, this jazzy vibrato with this acoustic interlude breifly overtakes the manic outbursts of upbeat but bestial devastation – allowing a slight reprieve of the visceral bombardments in which oozes out more joint varieties of total ruination & ghastly deathliness.

Frank's vocals salubriously shouts with raspy throatiness; aggressive but gruesomely forged gutturals, culminating grunty yells that roar with maniacal madness...ominously growling and shrieking with fierce extremity. His guitars harmonizes a chaotic fretwork in hostile grinds, hybrid experimentation and an enriching implementation in concretely gritty dexterity - dynamically creating a distinctively distinguished flamboyancy in immersively dramatized but epic solidities that slab this monolithic tempo of jarring yet venomous performances while persevering with persistently prodegious reverberation & rumbling majesty of the profane yet thrilling kind. "Swarm" resonates this distil chiselling in audible bass injections from Greg Nottis (also on vocals); pummelling this thumpy yet scattering swamp of sturdy, melodious poundings in conjuction with the scouring heaviness and heat he contributes in. Exercising an exemplary amount of blinding vibrations, satanic rage & rhythmic slayings, the band bludgeonizes eardrums into a headbanging chunk of neck-breaking brilliance...exhilerating souls with spellbinding subjugation.

"Commandment" begins with this elegant acoustic until more demonizing droniness revels with more radical rebellion; juxtaposing this tribal yet transformative transistion with rambunctious piledriving from hammering drummer AJ Viana, slamming with steely precision and crushing rolls that revolve through stompy yet mandatory patterns that swimmingly flow into a mass momentum of symphonic noise terror. Systematically establishing an innovatively groundbreaking quake of rampaging skill, resulting with driving ferocities that shake with razoring residue in large quantities.

The penultimate, titular track harnesses eeriely haunting yet other worldly riffs from 2nd guitarist Peter Brown...beckoning this quaint melody until more steaming pulsations promptly pursuit this mesmerising subtlety in hell bent fastness. Assimilating a briskly crisp craftsmanship stability to rift with impactfully drilling drum, bass and guitar frenetics while remaining solefully atmospheric in daunting but heavy ambiency with the help of keyboardist orchestration to mix things up with diverse instrumental denisity.

Overall concluding the reissued edition of "Hive" with the bonus composite opus: "Atropus"; which torments speakers with more motoring slickness, reciteful chants and rich styles of unearthly but ghoulishly diabolical boundaries...HATH certainly delivered a fiendishly hellish but euphonic èclat of wickedly infernal empowering of evil embodiment ultimatums that shroud your presence with titantic supremity & maximum yet revolutionary fundaments in flexible Blackened Death Metal malevolence (supplying hints of sombre solace for good measure).

Bottom line; I am compelled to say that HATH most definitely forged a fiery discovery that will please your Blackened Death Metal integrities, and intrigue you to replay this one a bunch of times with the value of it being untimely while addictively adventuous and ambitious.
