Here we have an interesting presentation of Sludge Metal from North Carolina's HAIL!HORNET. Their self titled debut had been given very good reviews from most musical critics around the world. After this successful release, they strike once again with "Disperse The Curse". Their music is being characterized by gritty Sludgecore mixing it up with aggressive NY style Hardcore. When you have members from other bands like BONGZILLA, SOURVEIN, WEEDEATER and ALABAMA THUNDERPUSSY in the same group, something good is ought to be released.

When I am listening to the music's themes that consist of Whiskey soaked songs along with other kinds of alcohol and grimy bar atmospheres that came through my mind. Tracks like "Beast Of Bourbon", "Shoot The Pigs", "Kill The Liars", "Scars", "Disperse The Curse" and "Unholy Foe" are characterized as high quality Sludge Metal music and dirty riffs with a set of vocals that seemed to have a run over with straight licker and through bourbon hang over.
