Disturbed - Indestructible album cover

Well, it's been 3 years more or less since DISTURBED's last CD and I bet their loyal fans could hardly wait for the next one. Hopefully, they await no more since the latter's been relased pretty recently and is bound not to disappoint any of them.
More precisely, the four kind gentlemen from Chicago,Illinois - despite having sold trillions and zillions, gaining grand fortunes and undoubtedly becoming Rock stars - they have certainly not quit their hard work when it comes to songwriting, as a result to which their level of musicianship is still high as a kite.    The 12 catchy, groovy and melodic brand new songs are so well-crafted that even a suspicious true Metal fan would fail to locate any clue implying that those guys are not hugely talented.
There are certainly no fillers in here and apart from Inside The Fire, which is the very first single and video-clip, I'm sure as hell you would definitely yield to relentless headbanging while listening to Indestructible, The Night, Criminal and many other fine tracks till your neck becomes stiff as fuck. What's more, the beautiful melodies will stick to your brain to a somewhat...disturbing degree.
As you can guess, the character of the band - altough it's becoming more and more mature - hasn't changed even slightly and hence Mr. Drainman's enchanting vocals( Wa-ca-ca-ca's too), inspired lines and emotional lyrics remain a bright highlight, Mr. Donegan's Gibsons n' PRSs are blazing guns delivering monstrous riffs and well-structured solos, while Mr. Moyer and Mr. Wengren make this war machine sound even more perilous. Furthermore, the production kicks some bloody serious butt as always and it makes you want to play the record really LOUD.
The only flaw a very strict listener  might locate and maybe accuse the band of is that all tunes are in the same mid-tempo style, due to which those unfamiliar with their stuff might get bored. Yet, after a couple of listening sessions and once the tunes grow inside you, you won't really care a farthine about this.
All in all, the eclectic mix of industrial, hardcore, Heavy Metal and Hard Rock that this band has been granting us for almost 8 years is still working really really well and this very outcome is quite strong a proof. Right on, men!
