Metal maniacs, rejoice! I am proud to present to you: CAULDRON OF HATE; independently unsigned, hailing from Finnish grounds - performing Death Metal, on their sophomore album entitled: "Scourge" (released February 24th, 2021).

Since formation in 2008; the trio in question have only 2 EPs entitled: "Inquisition" (released in 2003), and "Emperor" (released October 31st, 2014). Along with 2 Full-Length Albums in their discography so far entitled: "Sickness" (released February 24th, 2018) & this here 2nd album entitled: "Scourge", 8 tracks ranging at around 41:52; CAULDRON OF HATE arranges an intricately designed formula on some heavy-hitting Death Metal developments.

Yes; if you are a massive CANNIBAL CORPSE fan like yours truly, the band have named themselves from their staple bruiser: "A Cauldron Of Hate". Rightfully so, CAULDRON OF HATE incorporates a blistering barrage frenzy on some primitively raw but clobbering Death Metal malignancy. Opening up with the titular track itself; "Scourge" alarms you with revelling riffs while a belting calamity in a dazzling but flamboyantly groovy rhythms that manifests with sonically seamless vehemence, until this ripping shred soars with tight weightiness. While this scouring snare of raspy throatiness surges with outbursting upheaval; vocal duo Exhaust (also on guitar) & Murder (also on bass) both inject an infectiously grovelling foundation in borderline gutturals, growling with ruthless synergies on shouty yells & screaming organics that make Dani Filth quiver in his boots.

Punchy jumpiness within the audible bass, and the rapidly swift nimbleness of the slow down grips of the guitar - both excel at an adroit attribute in trailblazing significance which triggers with thunderously skyrocketing tonalities. "Shattered Conclusions'' arms a brimming dose on thumpy yet rampantly rompy ramifications, as a dark intro articulates a blasphemous concoction until rambunctious piledriving from hammer drummer Kemisti slams the set with steely precision and galloping pandemonium. While slaying with killer laceration mobilities that showcase progressively technical hooks, deadly reverberation & rumbling thuds while this sturdy substance grinds a hybrid experimentation on steamrolling yet stompy savagery.

This sinister chisel hastefully kicks into overdrive as bombastic crescendos execute amplified adrenaline, and frolicking chugs bashfully quake with crunchy chunkiness while chopping with extreme aggression for maximum impact. Especially in "Ascending Vengeance". "Reign In Slaughter" utilises sulfurous versatility, where relentless pursuits strike with volatile swampiness. While the systematic merger of gruesome growls, and bellowing shrieks persist with a dynamic maelstrom on outrè panache which swerves with towering melodies which revolve with profusely robust mayhem. Motoring with radically wicked tendencies to craft a concretely gritty assault, attributing in mountainous yet salubrious transgression which grips a full force of stability on razor-sharp tempos & monolithic rifts.

"The Horde" conjures up this ominously jarring piercing which creates a distinctively distinguished characteristic on unique techniques which transcend with meticulous remedy; unearthing scattering perseverance which resonates with rigourous vigour, elementing an inventive jolt on some hefty implementations on gnarly distortion & chunky trembles which rampage with stampeding strife. "Disgusting Contiguity" examines diligently detailed finesse as bludgeoning fever enlists you to neckbreak your skull while breaking chairs over other chairs, compiling a massively nasty sludge of filthy but foreboding heaviness which will bulldoze a berserking but fierce furocity in crushing, drum cymbal madness & rollicking havoc.

Advancing through to the penultimate track: "Altar Of Corpses"; an ensemble of choppy drums, evil empowering grunts & viciously raging chaos exploits a brutal conundrum in constructively bouncy hostility while prodigiously boisterous guitar fretting amplifies with some deviant, but efficacious banging atrocities that your neck will be most thankful for. Overall concluding "Scourge" with the finale epic: "Consuming"; I am compelled to say that CAULDRON OF HATE distilled a fluidly complex fundamental in flexible but roughly ominous songwriting musicianship capabilities in which oscillate with strong offerings on wildly rushing riffage, representing a fiendish blend of revving skill & potentially talented ingenuity in which most surely deserves discovering for all bone crushers alike.

Bottom line; CAULDRON OF HATE delivered an enjoyably entertaining experience of some ponderously dense Death Metal violence which most surely deserves listening a good handful of times, worthy of spinning & replaying - guaranteed in dosing you up with some mighty slabs with "Scourge" - check it out.
