Metal maniacs, rejoice! I am proud to present to you: BHOIDH; independently unsigned, hailing from Polish grounds - performing Death Metal, on their debut EP entitled: "Misguided By Existence" (released June 24th, 2020)

Since formation in 2018; the trio in question have only this here debut EP in their discography so far entitled: "Misguided By Existence". 6 tracks ranging at around 28:18; BHOIDH arrange an intricately designed formula of some heavy-hitting Death Metal developments.

Opening up with the bruising belter "Hamartia;" BHOIDH brutalises eardrums in a frantic free for all of amplified adrenaline, boisterously bouncy chunkiness and a crunchy calamity of riveting rhythms that trailblaze with skyrocketing melodies with meticulous ramifications. Arming a brimming fabrication of gnarly deadliness, frolicking chugs and a galloping virtuosity of quintessential technicalities that roars with progressive rage. The inner Death Metal showcases this rawly rough maelstrom of primitive shreds that thunder with uniquely versatile vehemence, while the vocals from frontman Jack Elbers consistently contrasts a diverse element with this profusely robust surge of shouty throatiness & raspy gutturals, growling with organic substance that implements a clean but high-pitched quirk that make for a complex formulaic of savage but creative hybrid in instrumental intensity while remaining tight plus weighty as possible.

The titular track comes into play next; portraying this striking slab of solid experimentation, embellishing in a barraged frenzy of volatile grooves and catchy immersitivity...injecting a audible aesthetic of venomous meatiness with monstrous bass hooks from Lukasz Kubaszak. Strumming with sulphurously thrashing skill, resulting in a detailed craftsmanship of grinding dimensions and razor-sharp yet wildly rushing mayhem that may seem messy to some but it comes across as distinctively distinguished and chaotically dexterous and dynamic.

"Blind Zealot" zestfully consists an intriging amount of outrè panache that mesmerises you with this sonically seamless rift of rompy thumpiness from guitar riffer Jakub "Kuba" Ratajczak, lacerating killer rattlings that relentlessly supplies an enriching demonstration of rapidly swift nimbleness while demonstrating a crushing bombardment of melodious harmonies and aggressive drum hammerings from an unknown slammer... jumping with rambunctious combustion and a healthy dose of some concretely gritty firepower that speedily unleashes this moshpit from hell mid-portion... a droning expertise of atmosphere overtakes the madness until more revelling synergies that quake with vibrantly potent snappiness that's just an all round oscilliation of sinister rebellion that snares with this strong collective in songwriting mastery.

"Viral Bleed" bleeds into speakers with distorted guitar shrieks; stompy velocity, and a flamboyant punch of thrilling musicianship that revolves around a fiercely but euphonically flexible fundamental in innovative systematics that subjugate this whirlwind of persistently persevering trembles of reverberating remedies & rampent shreds. The penultimate track "Revelation" is a lengthy 08:08 behemoth; blistering an articulate flair of other-worldly profanities that distil a chiselling amount of bulldozing furocity, exploring this radical trial of salubrious yet crazily groundbreaking methodical musicalities that stampede with fiery hostility but berserking havoc in a homicidal towering of messy trippiness that will make you want to break chairs over other chairs, either that or go into a mechanised pursuit of advant-garde heat while possessed with this satanic ritual of monolithic tempos in air-guitar viscerality that's just massively impactful.

Overall concluding "Misguided By Existence" with the short but epic finale song: "Binary Chaos;" I am compelled to say that BHOIDH most certainly outdone themselves for a debut, while messy with that starting of clean chords and high-octane primal thickness...the band delivered a nice offering of some maniacal metal madness that transcended my original expectations for sure. There's a lot of versatile varieties here in which values a lot of replayability within this short yet not so linear recording of Prog Death Metal talent. This potentially remarkable group are definitely worth the discovery, and worthy of a few listens! Have a go.
