Banisher - Scarcity album cover

This is the second full release of this Polish Technical / Experimental Death Metal band under the name of BANISHER. I am sorry to say that even if Technical Death Metal isn't exactly near my alley, like on many of my reviews, I will try to evaluate the album without impartially.

"Scarcity" consists of ten tracks of a brutish kind of Death Metal mostly found in bands that produce the techy edge of the genre. After listening to the album twice, I felt as if I was suffering a kidney failure and found my thoughts drifting towards violence and murder. Essentially, this album lacks of anything that is considered musical value. It's a meaningless noise of guitars with what seems to be very poor drumming that sound like something badly programmed while the vocals remain as something with a bit potential.

I conjure that this album is probably the worst one I have heard in a while. Since Technical Death Metal and I aren't the best of friends, I suppose that fans of the genre might find something appealing within the lines and appreciate it better. So I say, why not, have a go at it.
