Stay Wild
Balls Gone Wild
Metal maniacs, rejoice. I'm proud to present to you: BALLS GONE WILD; signed via Metalville Records, hailing from the glory of Germany - performing Turbo Rock, on their 3rd full-length studio album entitled: "Stay Wild" (released July 22nd, 2022). Since formation in 2013 with the release of the debut full-length studio album: "Dicks Made Of Dynamite", and the sophomoric record: "High Roller" (released in 2019), the trio in question are back with a brand-new record of which I am introduced to. 11 tracks ranging around 43:58; BALLS GONE WILD arranges an intricately designed formula on some heavy-hitting Turbo Rock developments.
Opening up with this shouty roar of vocals and flickering instrumental audibility; "Killing One" starts off the record with this rampantly rompy ramification on blistering barrage frenzies of sturdy thuds and chiseling calamity, densely bulldozing eardrums with riveting stridency while catchy chugs belts a clobbering foundation in a borderline element of rough tightness where rollicking manifestations frolic euphonically with organic persistence. "Hangman" attributes a boisterously bouncy captivation in choppy hooks and gripping adrenaline, as amplified dexterity dynamically distils an energetic flamboyant on thumpy swiftness & thrashing solidity from vocalist/bassist: Vince. Showcasing throaty soars of raspy perseverance, fueling a clean implementation in grumbling shouts that yells with sulphurous distinction and engaging volatility. "School On Fire" throttles speakers with turbo-charged calamity, as Tom on guitars fabricates a distinguished virtuosity on quintessential licks that surge with monolithic tempo & profusely robust synergy, striking pursuits thickened with vibrantly potent melody that will rock your world with hardened fervor.
"Feel My Love" revels with tremolo rising crescendos, in which tower with steamrolling pierces & venomous injections in infectious rumblings of reverberating melody. Stompy precision & steely piledriving from hammering drummer A rambunctiously slams the set with punchy tightness amongst a weighty pound of pummeling smacks that systematically create a chunky rift on all guns blazing tactics, trailblazing solos on top of slab harmonies in which shine with razor-sharp stability to boot. A groove-bomb rocker within "Twist Of Fate" showcases more versatile rhythms that strife with vehement utility, injecting electronic bombardments of high-octane fluidities in which skyrocket with stampeding mobility & rigourous vigour with zestful tonality. Firing all cylinders, a brisk but concretely gritty impact impulses a hefty remedy within "Masked City" - pulverising souls with radically wicked flexibilities in hardened heaviness. The titular track also intensifies with magnetic yet prolific songwriting musicianship which revs up with supercharged efficaciousness, engaging a grinding expertise in firepower distinctions and distinguished but arbitrary linearities in slaying splendidness.
"Knocked Out" is a short track while still retaining that plunging vibrato pattern until the singsong rocker "Plata O Plomo" methodically unleashes some quavering jolts of some groundbreaking musicalitiy that thrill me with transfixing but diligently detailed chimes, relishing with pleasing yet polished tones that supply an abundance of killer laceration jumpiness & prodigious picking artistry in which wavers with wondrous crunchiness amongst a diversely hybrid experimentation in savvy penetration that serves with masterclass material with grandeur equality. The penultimate banger: "Ready For Love" floors with suave & vivacious verve, while more rugged but increasing boosts of enthralling buoyancy, continuing an entrancing daze through me with an arduous degree in archaic archetypes of musical transgression. Overall concluding "Stay Wild" with the finale epic: "Bride Of Satan", which slows things down a notch with this rebellious yet still motivating wave of ingredients in fresh rock machinations which marvel me with ponderous stability to boot.
Bottom line; I am compelled to say that BALLS GONE WILD most certainly delivered a healthy dose of some thick sounding rock with soothing but ballsy transition that makes "Stay Wild" worthy of spinning & re-playing a good bunch of times, do check it out should you fancy a meticulous slice of some beefy densities that venerates with epic aptitudes in maelstrom tremoring of steady proportion that most definitely deserves listening to.
