TMZ.comhasobtained a photoof the flesh woundsMÖTLEY CRÜEsingerVince Neilclaims that his former girlfriendAlicia Jacobsleft on his arm during an alleged confrontation between the two last Thursday night (March 24) at the Las Vegas Hilton.

Jacobs(pictured below withVince), who works as a TV reporter in Las Vegas, claims that she has a bruise fromNeiljabbing at her with his finger during the exchange, which took place at comedianHal Sparks' show. ButNeilis adamant he never laid a finger onAlicia, claiming she was the aggressor who dug her nails into his skin and inflicted the bloody wounds in the picture.

NeiltoldLas Vegas Weekly, "I never touched her! She's the one who followed me out into the casino afterwards. I was with four hotel executives. They know it didn't happen."

Neiladded, "I didn't go over to her for any other reason than to be friendly, polite and introduce her to people I was there in business meetings with - and several Hilton executives. She was with a couple, and I let off on him for continuing to write stuff that simply wasn't true. He swore at me to go screw myself; I told him the same. Then the others got agitated, and I told them the same. Then I immediately walked away with the Hilton people. That fast - no screaming or hitting or touching."

Neilclaims thatJacobsthen followed him into the casino, but that he "ignored it and didn't want any part of it. I turned and walked away without saying a word to her. So she called the police. Twelve hours later, she's on every radio station she could find to say how frightened she was, how scared she was and why she had to call the police."

The singer continued that even though he was staying in the hotel, the police never came to speak with him. He said aboutJacobs' accusation, "A complete lie. The executives with me told the police there was absolutely no hitting, not even touching! But now the fake drama continues - it's becoming a battery case. It simply didn't happen, and they all know it."

Neil's account, however, differs from that ofSparks. The comedian wrote onTwitterthatNeilgot "pushy."

Jacobssplit withNeilearlier this month, shortly after he finished a short prison stint stemming from a DUI arrest last June.
