Triggerfinger have announced two UK live dates in the run up to the release of studio album four,By Absence Of The Sunthe album is due for release on the 4thMarch 2015.

The live dates will showcase some of the tracks we can expect to hear when the record hits the shelves, including all-consuming chunky bass grooves, gritty and sexy guitar riffs and smooth, deep, bluesy vocals with the ever present currents of gritty rock 'n 'roll.

Tracks Perfect Match' and 'Black Panic' are charged with pure electricity, whereas more intimate songs as 'Splendor In The Grass', 'Halfway There', 'Trail of Love' and the title song express a sense of loss.

The band releasedAll This Dancing Aroundin 2010, which achieved respect and adoration from press and fans alike and followed up with a cover of Lykke Li's 'I Follow Rivers' in 2012 that smashed into number 1 position in the charts in both The Netherlands and Belgium.

By Absence of the sun is an enthralling rollercoaster of an album, it will take you to the highest peaks, down and then back again, one thing is for sure! once you're on you won't want to get off.
