WITHIN TEMPTATION took the world by storm in 2014 with their release of ''Hydra'' and touring around the world relentlessly. "Hydra" is modern and full of guest artists such as Tarja Turunen, Howard Jones, Xzibit which shows how flexible the band is with their sound and how much they have matured since the beginning. ''And We Run'', ''Let Us Burn'' and ''Paradise'' are some of the must listen songs from the album but overall it is flawless and great if you're a newer fan of the band. There is no possible way that WITHIN TEMPTATION can top this.

The long awaited release from MACHINE HEAD was brought to use in 2014 but is a great follow up to ''Locust'' despite mixed reviews. But overall ''Bloodstone & Diamonds'' is a masterpiece in it's own right with tracks like ''Ghosts Will Haunt My Bones'' and ''Now We Die'' which has won over old fans and new. MACHINE HEAD have written an album where they haved mixed their old classic style with something new and fresh for 2014.

It is simply hard to say which tracks are the best from the album but ''Breathing'', ''Aurorea'' and ''Tree Of Suffocating Souls'' are worth listening to, proving that the legendary Tom G Warrior still has a lot of music to create.

Following up to 2013's ''Fires Of Life'' was always going to be a hard task but STARKILL took it on and blew everyone's minds whilst at it.
''Virus Of The Mind'' is a much darker album than the previous but you get to see the band with a lot heavier elements, more solos and less folk influences but it's just as equally as good if not better. Parker Jameson leads the band to victory with his mind blowing solos and it's only a matter of time for those solo's to make STARKILL take over the metal world.

The world is happier than ever that Bill Steer and Jeff Walker are teaming up to write music again and they seem better than ever! ''Zochrot'' is the must hear song of the album but you need to listen to all 5 tracks to get your own opinion, there is nothing what could be improved in any way.

It was already named ''Album Of The Year'' by many media outlets and that still is the case for BEHEMOTH's powerful comeback. Released in February, ''The Satanist'' has taken the world by storm followed by sold out shows across the world and proving that BEHEMOTH can bring out amazing albums one after another. Who knows what Nergal, Orion and Inferno can produce next but we hope it can live up to ''The Satanist''.
